Welcome to the UNIMAS Undergraduate Studies Division website!

As we celebrate our legacy as the biggest university in Sarawak, we remain committed to discovering new possibilities, empowering tomorrow's leaders and transforming communities through higher education.

Our division is dedicated to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of academic management services, serving as the foundation for achieving the goals and functions of our establishment. The goal set by UNIMAS is driving force of mutual commitment towards improving the impact of the division’s efficiency, excellence and management quality.

The Undergraduate Studies Division comprises six main units:
1. Student's Recruitment and Admission Unit
2. Assessment Unit
3. Senate and Graduation Unit
4. Administration and Finance Unit
5. Teaching and Learning Support Unit
6. Technical Support and Student Management System Unit

Each unit plays a critical role in achieving the division’s objectives and functions. Together, we aim to enhance the quality of undergraduate student management services, providing seamless academic support for teaching and learning activities.

We leverage the Student Management System (Sistem Pengurusan Pelajar), a responsive web application that contain current student registration module, course registration module, evaluation result generator module and certificate preparation module. Continuously aligned with UNIMAS’s ICT strategic planning, our SPP reflects our dedication to technological excellence in academic service management.
