MESSAGE FROM DEPUTY REGISTRAR

Assalamualaikum wbt and Greetings

Welcome to the UNIMAS Undergraduate Studies Division website!

We strive to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our academic management service as the pillar to achieve the goal and the functions of the division establishment. The goal set by UNIMAS will be the driving force of mutual commitment towards improving the impact of the division’s efficiency, excellence, and management quality.

This division consists of 5 main units, namely Student's Recruitment & Admission Unit, Assessment Unit, Senate and Graduation, Administration & Finance Unit, and Technical Support & Student Management System Unit. These units are vital to the achievement of our objectives and functions.

We are committed to improve the quality of undergraduate student management services delivery through the provision of academic management support services for teaching and learning activities. Our mission is to achieve excellence in student management by fulfilling the needs of our clients through efficient and effective services, as well as being an example for higher learning academic affairs management.
Deputy Registrar

We strengthen our academic service management with the support from the Student Management System (SPP). SPP is a responsive web application feature that contains the current student registration module, course registration module, evaluation result generator module, and certificate preparation module. It is continuously upgraded in accordance with the UNIMAS ICT strategic planning.

With quality as the foundation of our work culture, we have been recognised and thereafter awarded the MS ISO 9001:2015 certification for intake, registration, evaluation, and undergraduate student certification. Our division has also been awarded the ISO/IEC27001:2013 Information Security Management System certification for the our system, SPP.

We believe that an exemplary service is the cornerstone to sustain a university’s excellence.
